VRJ Ceylon Tours (Pvt) Ltd is a Sri Lanka-based travel company offering curated tours, destination guides, and custom itineraries across Sri Lanka.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape its content, or misrepresent your identity when making an enquiry or booking.

The person making a booking must be at least 18 years old and accepts these terms on behalf of everyone in the party. Your booking is confirmed once we receive the 20% deposit, and we'll email your booking reference and details. Please check that the travel date, group size and traveller names are correct and tell us about any mistakes straight away.

Tour prices are shown per person in US dollars (USD). What each price covers is listed on the tour page. Unless a tour page says otherwise, prices don't include international flights, visa or Sri Lanka ETA fees, travel insurance, tips or personal expenses. We may update prices on the website at any time, but once your deposit is paid the price of your booking is fixed.

The 20% deposit is paid online through PayHere, a licensed Sri Lankan payment gateway that accepts major credit and debit cards. You can also pay by bank transfer by arrangement with us. You enter your card details on PayHere's secure checkout page, and we never see or store them. The remaining balance is paid after you arrive in Sri Lanka, as confirmed in your booking email.

Cancellations, changes and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. It explains the charges that apply at each stage and how and when refunds are paid.

We provide our tours in person in Sri Lanka on the dates in your booking. We don't ship any physical goods. After booking, we send your confirmation, and later your itinerary and pick-up details, to the email address you gave us.

We may need to change routes, timings or accommodation because of weather, road conditions, safety concerns or supplier availability. We'll tell you as early as we can and replace anything we change with an alternative of similar standard.

You're responsible for holding a valid passport, a Sri Lanka ETA or visa, and suitable travel insurance, and for meeting any health requirements for your trip. Please give us accurate traveller details, follow your guide's safety instructions, and respect local laws and customs, especially at religious and cultural sites.

All text, graphics, logos and images on this site are the property of VRJ Ceylon Tours or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our site may link to third-party platforms, including social media and payment providers. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

This site and its content are provided "as is." We aren't liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the site, though we take every reasonable step to ensure your trip goes as planned.

If something isn't right during your tour, please tell your guide or contact us straight away so we can fix it while you're still travelling. If it can't be resolved on the spot, write to us within 30 days of your tour ending and we'll respond within 5 business days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may revise these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
