Who We Are
VRJ Ceylon Tours is a family-run travel company from the island's north-west coast, designing trips that balance the iconic with the quietly unforgettable.
Our Story
We started in 2014 with one van, one guide and a simple belief: that the best way to see Sri Lanka is with someone who grew up here. What began as airport pickups and day trips has grown into full multi-week itineraries for travellers from more than thirty countries.
We've stayed deliberately small. That means the person who plans your trip knows the guide who meets you, and the guesthouse owner who cooks your dinner. It also means we can change plans on a rainy morning without a call centre.
Every trip we run puts money into the communities it passes through - family guesthouses, home kitchens, village craftspeople and independent naturalists.
