For trips between December and March we recommend three to four months' notice. Outside peak season, four to six weeks is usually enough to secure the right guides and stays.

All private transfers, train tickets and domestic flights are handled for you and included in your quote unless you'd prefer to self-drive part of the way.

A 20% deposit confirms your dates, and the balance is paid after you arrive in Sri Lanka. We accept secure card payments via PayHere, plus bank transfer.

Yes. If you cancel 30 days or more before your tour starts, your deposit is refunded in full. Between 15 and 29 days before, we refund 50% of the deposit, and within 14 days the deposit is non-refundable. Date or group-size changes are free 30 days or more ahead, subject to availability.
